Year 11 – It's nearly time! You've been working hard: Attending revision sessions and Easter revision classes Collecting stickers for your Loyalty cards Attending the information evening Mentoring Being a part of the Success Group Meeting with your Progress Leader Going to assemblies from the heads of Maths, English and Science Attending intervention classes Visiting your exam venue for familiarity and a confidence boost ... and now it's time to put everything you have learned into practice! We would like to thank those students who have consistently applied themselves so conscientiously throughout the year, acting on feedback and advice so well, particularly after trial exams. A huge thank you must also go to our staff for fantastic teaching and support day in and out from teachers and support staff. Thank you parents and carers for your support from home. We know that all students are working very hard now from home so let's stay in that rhythm and routine of revision for the next 6 weeks - look after yourselves, there are wellbeing materials and support on the exams section of website under the Teaching & Learning tab. Get an early night before exams, have a good breakfast, practice a couple of exam questions in the morning - and be on time to school 8.40am and head straight to the exam venue! We can all look forward to celebrating the final day of school with you all for a celebration assembly and goodbyes on Wednesday 12th June. Until then, revision beckons!

STARS OF THE WEEK

Congratulations to our Bronze and Silver Duke of Edinburgh Award recipients! Our students have successfully completed the following sections needed to achieve the award: Volunteering Physical Skills Expedition Special shout out to Iyin and Ciara in Year 11 who have excelled and completed their Silver Award within a year! Next stop.. GOLD! A huge thank you to Mr Ind for organising our @dofeuk scheme!

The Year 10 Athletics competition is TODAY after school at the Pingles. All years Rounders is tomorrow (Wednesday) after school and all years Cricket is Thursday after school. Athletics Club will normally be on a Monday after school starting Monday 13th May.
